Helped My Mood, Energy Level and Nerological Symptoms, April 1, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mini Crazy Fit Whole Body Massage (Misc.) This product is not what I expected, it is much more.
Although it stunk of chemicals when I removed it from the box, this I expected. I had hoped it would improve some tingling I was experiencing in my extremities, it certainly did that. What I did not expect is the improved mood and awesome night sleep I get after using machine. This type of therapy is said to improve endocrine (hormonal) function, and it certainly must, because I can now sleep like a baby. If I am in the middle of a PMS rampage, I step on this thing for 10 minutes and I am as happy as a clam.
I get on this every day, sometimes twice, for ten minutes. I do abdominal isometrics to protect my back from the vibrations and a few arm and leg exercises, but that is about it. I've not used the machine in anything other than the traditional standing position. As soon as I am more comfortable moving around while the thing is on I'll try a different position.

My previous review was not good, I had received a product with a broken case. The company was prompt to send UPS back out to pick it up and sent a replacement promptly when they received the broken one back. It is perfect. Make sure you learn how to use it before jumping on and running a program (youtube has some good videos for beginners and they are 10 min in length). I am very happy with my purchase, it is a wonderful machine, and for the first time in months I have not been woken up by hip and wrist pain. Can't wait to do 10 minutes today!
awesome exercise and massage, March 22, 2012 By This review is from: Mini Crazy Fit Whole Body Massage (Misc.) Purchased this machine a few weeks ago and find it very enjoyable. We are starting to see results from a three times a day exercise program for 10 minutes a session. Bought it from chrystal chen, my only complaints are if you center your balance it rattles loudly. I asked crystal chen what I could do to remedy and the respose was very dissapointing. There reply was very defensive instead of helpful, all they said was that the machine was checked before delivery and found to be in good working order, and to retighten any nuts or bolts, Duh ! There is no contact number in the booklet to follow up on general or warranty questions. and it doesn't seem they want to be helpful. again the machine it self is great. How ever I would consider purchasing it from another supplier that might be somewhat helpful.
